These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Coolzino Casino and all services available at coolzino.com (Coolzino, we, us, our). Coolzino operates under an international gaming licence and accepts players from Australia. All account balances and transactions are denominated in AUD. Using the platform or registering an account constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register. By creating an account you confirm this is true. Coolzino may request proof of age at any point and will close accounts found to belong to underage individuals, with any funds on such accounts forfeited. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing this platform is lawful in your state or territory before registering.

Your Account

One account per person. You must register using accurate personal details and keep that information current. Accounts opened under false identities, or used by someone other than the registered holder, may be suspended or permanently closed. Keep your login credentials private. Coolzino is not liable for losses arising from your failure to do so. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Identity Verification

Coolzino carries out identity checks before releasing withdrawals and whenever required under AUSTRAC financial intelligence obligations. Before your first withdrawal you will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address dated within three months. This is a one-time process. Once verified, future payouts proceed without repeating it. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal access suspended until the matter is resolved. Under AUSTRAC rules, verification is mandatory when cumulative transactions reach AUD 5,000.

Deposits and Currency

All balances and transactions are denominated in AUD. Coolzino charges no internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Available deposit methods are shown in your account cashier. As of 11 June 2024, Australian law prohibits the use of credit cards for online gambling deposits. Credit card payments are not accepted. Accepted methods include PayID, Neosurf, debit cards, and cryptocurrency.

Promotions and Bonuses

Coolzino offers promotional offers for Australian players. Each offer carries its own specific terms covering wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum stake rules, and cashout restrictions. Those terms are displayed at the point of offer and govern the promotion in full. Coolzino may add, change, or remove any promotion without prior notice. Read the applicable terms before claiming any offer.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are not permitted on the Coolzino platform:

  1. Registering or operating more than one account
  2. Using automated software, bots, or scripts during play
  3. Exploiting software errors or unintended game mechanics
  4. Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated fraud
  5. Registering with false personal details or using another person's identity or payment method
  6. Structuring deposits or gameplay to abuse promotional offers

Coolzino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified and to withhold balances pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Coolzino platform, including its name, logo, game interfaces, software, and written content, belongs to Coolzino or its licensors. Nothing may be copied or commercially used without prior written permission.

Our Liability

Coolzino provides its services on an as-available basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Where disruptions occur due to technical issues or events outside our control, Coolzino accepts no liability for resulting losses. Our total liability to any player in connection with a claim is limited to the value of deposits made in the 12 months preceding that claim.

Complaints and Governing Law

Complaints should be directed to our support team in the first instance via live chat or email. We aim to respond to formal complaints within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant authority under our operating licence.

Updates to These Terms

Coolzino may revise these Terms at any point. Changes take effect when published to this page. Continuing to use the platform after an update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes by email.
