This policy sets out the conditions, available methods, and timelines for withdrawals from Coolzino Casino accounts held by Australian players.

Before You Can Withdraw

A withdrawal request will only be processed once the following conditions are met:

1. Your account is fully registered and identity verification has been completed
2. Any wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds have been met in full
3. No compliance review or account hold is currently active

Requests submitted before these conditions are met will be held until they are resolved. Identity verification is a one-time process. Once complete, future payouts proceed without repeating it.

Under AUSTRAC requirements, accounts that reach AUD 5,000 in total transactions are subject to mandatory identity verification before withdrawals can be released. Uploading your documents in advance avoids delays at this threshold.

Available Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawal options for Australian players are shown in your account cashier at the time of your request. Not all deposit methods support withdrawals. Available methods may change over time. Credit card withdrawals are not available as Australian banks are legally prohibited from processing gambling-related credit card transactions.

Processing Times

Once a withdrawal is submitted and all account conditions are met:

1. PayID and cryptocurrency withdrawals: typically within a few hours of approval
2. Debit card withdrawals: typically 1 to 3 business days after approval
3. Bank transfers: typically 2 to 5 business days after approval

Processing may take longer during compliance reviews or periods of high volume. Note that bank transfers from offshore gambling platforms may be subject to additional AML screening by Australian banks, which can extend processing time beyond what Coolzino controls.

Fees

Coolzino does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which Coolzino holds no responsibility.

Holds and Reviews

Coolzino may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal where:

1. Identity verification documents are outstanding or currently under review
2. Account activity has been flagged for a compliance check
3. A potential breach of Terms and Conditions is under investigation

A hold does not mean funds have been forfeited. You will be notified of the reason and given an estimated resolution timeframe.
